Posting comments is stupid unless you want to give the DOJ a target. Hire a lawyer, which 99.9% of the people here can't afford to do. This will be hashed out in the courts. Comments won't do anything other than bring unwanted attention to you and your company.
You wants to make a difference, install a democrat president. They don't have to pander to evangelicals to hold office. Democrats hate porn as much as the rest, but it isn't their priority to keep some bible thumping congregation happy.

1) The attorney general he picks will have to be approved by the
Democratic Senate, and who knows? They might actually show some backbone this time.
2) Failing to comment on regulations that adversely affect your livelihood to the point of possibly putting you out of business is what one might call a bad business plan. And if you think they don't know who you are, rest assured, if they want to know, they can find out. Besides, by commenting on the regs, if they thereafter
do come after you for some reason, you've got the defense that they're harassing you for your political views. But, of course, you're reacting exactly the way they want you to react: Afraid to defend your right to do legal business because they've scared you into thinking you don't have any rights. You do -- but rights are like muscles: If you don't exercise them, they get flabby and don't work anymore.
3) Installing a Democratic president is a good idea -- and currently 17 months away (15 to the election itself). A lot can happen in that 17 months -- like you and the rest of us being put out of business. That might not fit into your business plan.
