anonymous uploaders always upload public domain content...

i would think there would be some torrent hating guys in here going off on "Im Live' for accepting this traffic.
wheres the stolen content ?

dont get me wrong i understand what your saying.. I'm sure theres plenty of content on filecabi.net that they dont have written permission to repost.

I think the difference is in how they operate. most of the top torrent sites typically have almost ALL of the top sponsors content like bangbros etc filecabi.net does not.

in the laws eyes theft is theft , small theft is the same as big theft as far as it being illegal.

but then again we have youtube who is the same basic idea.. youtube's success hinges on the fact they abuse copyright laws. Why doesn't youtube simply demand proof of copyright to submit videos ? because nobody would have used it..

now lets take the argument even further. lets apply the same standards to "hosting" because isn't youtube simply a "free video host"

should hosts demand proof of copyright to everything you upload ? i doubt you could find a popular host that doesnt host a website that in some way infringes on copyrights.

now lets apply the same thing EVEN further and apply it to isp's. should isp's force users to submit copyrightownership for everything that is sent between the isp and the computer ?

now lets apply the same thing insanely further.. should your computer require you to prove copyright ownership before displaying the material to your screen ?

now lets go double dog far and apply the same standards to your monitor you watch the information on are they not supplying the means for you to view copyright infringed material ?

point being is all of them are "technically" involved in the disemination of stolen copyright material etc. so where is the cutoff point
