if you say, and I quote: "quess what my title says and win 1 thousand dollars usd" in a thread that you started. Does that not mean that you have to either pay the winner or look like a dick? I don't really want to step on any toes, but I was just in another thread that you started, talking about how set you were and how you had all kinds of cash and never needed to work again, etc. If you are so set with money should you not be able to cover the $1000 you just promised to the winner?
