I'm shocked that the criminal's haven't been able to seriously sue the prison systems because of that. Seems purely like cruel and unusual punishment. And since our country seems to enjoy enprisoning sooooo many people for petty shit (I think we have the largest prison population in the world)....it appears as if we're really no better than Saddam and his torture sessions.
We're such fucking hypocrits sometimes it amazes me.
I think I'd rather kill or be killed than go to prison, sounds like a real drug infested twisted gay resort...
