Eric is absolutely right. I'll admit it, girls like to compete with other girls about who's hotter and so forth etc. Not only am I like that, but all my friends are like that too. I'm not lame enough to wanna compete with girls on a messageboard, but in real life, I'll admit, girls compete A LOT. I'm not speaking for all girls, but I admit it, I do.

And make up does NOT look disgusting up close when you know how to apply it. If you go and buy some cheap CoverGirl stuff from Sav-On you probably WILL look disgusting, but if you know
how to pick EXACT colours that match your skin and so forth, you will look GOOD. If you need a foundation that matches you exactly, just get colorprinted at a Prescriptives counter, and check your foundation and colours in NATURAL DAYLIGHT not under store lighting. And it makes a BIG difference with what kind of tools you apply make up with, if you use good tools like MAC brushes it can help you apply your make up much better.

Sometimes a lot of celebs wear a TON of make up and it looks like they are not wearing anything. I know Catherine Zeta Jones make up artist uses a thousand dollar machine that sprays on her foundation, so that it goes on more evenly and finely than you could ever do with a sponge, and Jennifer Lopez always likes to use bronzer and highlighter to make her face "glow". They may look like they are somewhat natural but they are NOT.

Anyways, I really could care less what guys think, I do as I please regardless.
