Details isn't the url. Details is information like age, stability, a rough indication of things like sponsor relationships, work required, overhead, etc.
There are hundreds of people posting "business opportunities" on GFY. Most people with a decent business get contacted several times a week with proposals. Few of the people who are actually in a position to acquire new businesses will be inclined to put in effort based on "20k a month, decent alexa rank, graphics".
