This person is on ICQ begging for $20 all the time, they obviously have no money....the amount of content they were selling is less than $5000, so it goes to small claims court, they don't show, you get a few hundred dollar judgement, and they never pay you.

So you paid filing fees and court costs and wasted a day of your life to get exactly what you have now....NOTHING.
