I don't reply to everyone, but I do read them. Unless you ask for a reply, I wont.
BTW, I let that advertiser complete their campaign and then told them they can't renew.

I never said I don't know who they are, I've known who they are for a LONG time. But NO ONE contacted me that they had a problem with them advertising on my site. If no one complains, then I see no problem.
