Actually...no. I wouldn't. Then again I'm not a fan of paparazzi either, I think that just because a person gains some fame, does not mean they forfeit their right to have a private life.
And in this case it's just retarted. So she was tied up on camera and tickled while fully clothed. I don't see where this is even newsworthy. They're trying to insinuate some "shady past" that doesn't exist, at least not in anything they've reported.
