First off waiters just bring you the damn food and do not prep it, sure they could sneak in some spit or whatever but honestly man why would sending it back piss off a waiter.
Next I do not give a rats ass what the fuck they may or may not do to my food when I send it back, if it is not done right the first time I do send it back and when they attempt to give me a new plate I just let them know that the first one ruined my appetite, check please and no I will not be paying for my dish. Now if the waiter gave me even a slight look of a problem for sending something back he or she would also loose their tip.
Lastly, I could care less about everyones concern with bacteria and the likes. Like it matters in the least, however your mind set is highly distrubing and may I suggest you seek professional help.
