thats the truth, if someone was then he can enforce it, but if asked about the patent he must present it, also patent the product such as the website claiming the patent or its bogus, another thing with a patent is if the idea is known to the public before the patent is given or applied for then the patent can and will be thrown out in court as it is public knowledge of the idea, again im no lawyer
