k now if you look at the sig on that patent it belongs to James E Rogan

see he was the active director in 2001-2003 and phased out in 2004
so guys the patent is now either 6 yrs old or 4 yrs old, mighty long time before launch i would say or whatever, but again he took the picture in that thread
