It's not a lack of reading skills. It's a lack of willingness to put in effort for something that will, in all likelihood, turn out to be shite.
If you google "site for sale", you get hundreds of thousands of results. There is no reason why this would be more interesting than any of those.
If you want to sell something, give relevant details. Details that justify spending time seeking more information.
