I mean think of it. You get brought up on obscenity charges because you sold a dvd online to a person who ordered it from their living room in a plain brown box to their mailbox (note: not 1 single person in the community knows a damn thing). Now for some reason, community standards are applied and a jury is *forced* to watch your fetish in the courtroom, and decide FOR YOU if you're allowed to watch it.
