She has no family and had called 911. Guess the cops got there and called DCFS, but in the meantime, this little girl was sitting alone, with her dead father while she waited for the Coroner's Office to arrive.

Lots of sad stories out in the big city.
Man that sucks

Something similar happened to my cousin...she was in the house with her dad when she was about 15 and her dad had a heart attack and he died in her arms...the fucked up part was that he had just gotten a physical the day before and was waiting for the wife to get back home so they could go and get the results.

I still remember the look on my dads (it was his older brother) face when we got the call...
