He was prime candidate for the board pisses while at epic, and was dishing it out. But now he's genuinely struggling with his career, health, etc- not the right time to start drama with somebody. I think the drama has gotten too raw. Let him come back from all this, and work (privately with him) on a re-payment plan. The man has a family, and your bashing could do a great deal of damage to his rep right now, as he looks for work and tries to re-build.

Jim can go after Headless when he is down, but somehow Jim deserves special treatment?
Jim gave up that right the second he started his career as the board-whore that have wished death to people, their family and business. I don't have anything personally against Jim, because I have never met or dealt with him. But for once, let him feel how it is to be at the other end of the stick.
Jim created the hate himself by spewing shit and threats day in and day out. Jim have always been one of the first to jump at peoples throat. Nobody should be surprised about the treatment he is getting right now.
I do agree with you about the private re-payment plan, but that will mean Jim have to stop the bullshit, and start showing a little respect for the community that have accepted his sickening behavior for quite a while now.
I really do wish Jim the best, but he will have to work for it - or at least earn it somehow.
