I'm tired of all those big hosts ignoring my requests, so I'm looking for a solid new deal

I want to start by moving about 20 small sites to a virtual or shared account. If it works well for the first 3 months, you get all 3 servers we have right now. I preffer to pay by wire, but CC can be accepted as well

I'm NOT looking for the cheapest deal, I'm looking for quality service.
- I want SOLID hosting
- I want answers my email 24/7 within a few hours
- I want live support(or ICQ)
- I want 24/7 monitoring of the server. It's not MY job to check if the sites are up and running
- I dont care about 100% uptime - its impossible anyways - But I expect you to monitor if the sites load or not.
