After having been promised a couple of more times that the license would be mailed out and not receiving it, I finally went down to city hall with the attitude that I would leave there with my license in hand or I would be arrested for disturbing someone's peace. I went down yesterday and left with my license in hand.
If I recall correctly I had originally applied for the license in Oct '02. She did not even have the license typed up from then until yesterday.
