Actually it does make sense. It's pretty obvious she hadn't had an outbreak before, thus it comes as a bit of a shock to her, at the reality of it. And by the sounds of it, a horrlbly bad breakout.
As for line 2. she is saying that if they waited longer to have sex then he would have seen the herpes sores on her body, as in "seen it for himself".
I have no explanation as to why she would have sex with another guy, one who "tested negative for everything", KNOWING full well that she herself had herpes, and not tell him ahead of time. I can't imagine what kind of psychobitch does that.
