Does anyone know of any programs that will allow you to send content to phones?

ie say i have content (my own) on a page, is there anyway for me to send it to a phone via a gateway of some sort and earn a % of the price of the MMS?

I remember seeing something like this in the members area of raven riley some time ago. Has to be a way of doing it?
