You on the other hand brokered a content deal, collected the money into your personal account and used it on personal bills and over 2 weeks later did not tell your boss.
using someone else's money on your personal bills is not a " miss understanding" taking over 2 weeks to contact the content owner to notify him of the sale was not a missunderstanding. Not paying him for over 2 weeks was not a missunderstanding. The proof of what happened is right there. You can keep saying " it was a missunderstanding" but you can't explain those simple questions above.
