Because he is a alcoholic with a wife who is a thai hooker, who lived with his mom at age 50, and had to steal his daughter away from his psychotic wife who wants him dead.
Oh, and probably also had something to do with me realizing he had no business sense and me getting the fuck out of our business deal.
