That's bullshit, its not hearsay, if you post about yourself its a confession... There was a guy in Ohio that ran a car forum and was charged with violating the fair housing act because in a forum conversation, he posted that he wouldn't ever rent one of his rental properties to a minority. That was the only evidence they needed to convict him... I would post the link, but respecting the rules of gfy I can't...
