is this customer correct - he seems to think that there's something i can set on the server that will let him resume broken downloads and the way it is now he can't.

Hello,

It is difficult to get the full movies in one chunk, with my slow connection. And I don't have anything to join the sectioned files. Will you please allow resuming of downloads, so that my downloader can begin where it left off, after my connection self-terminates.
