Honestly Yahoo and Google should not link to the entire fucking world. Don't you think they should be policing things a little and taking reports of illegality more seriously?
If I told them that my content is being reproduced illegally at Megaerotic, or YouPorn or whatever fucking site, they should drop their links at the moment it is proven. Otherwise at some point someone somewhere is going to sue them as an accomplice for copyright infringement.... all it takes is the right lawyer and the right jury.
Fuckin A people... YouTube is full of infringed materials... it just depends on how good your lawyer is or how much you pay attention to that shit to how quickly it gets removed. They don't police it until after the fact! Until it's reported!.... They should be fined for it even being presented under their banner... as should every one of these torrent sites! They should be required to police the content and have records indicating that everything being reproduced is being done legally.
Shit.. i can't even get Kinko's to copy a picture of me that has a copyright on it...... they make me do it. Why can't everyone of these tube sites be required to do the same..... a total "not on my bandwidth" policy??? If you want that risk of posting even a link to something, you do it on your own.. but not with my name on it.... WHY????? because they can right now... because they can make money off it right now.
YouTube would be 100000 times less effective if all it had was people posting shit about themselves, rather than rips of every popular TV show, and commercial, and everything else in the world out there. ALL DONE ILLEGALLY.
