Something that continues to annoy me about many mainstream sites
Is when there is an email contact on the page and they never reply to emails. For example, if you have a webpage for a restaurant and you say 'email us to place a reservation' but you never check that email address (or at least reply) then you suck.
Has happened three times at least this week where I have been to a site for a fairly major restaurant or off-line store where they make a big deal of 'email us with questions or to make a reservation, etc and never hear back. I bet most of these places would fire staff that didn't answer the phone when a customer called..same thing in my view
