Well over a decade ago there was a kid of 13 who just loved hacking (and was very good at it) and managed to access several "govt facilities". He was eventually caught, but a few years later he was engaged by the FBI.
He now spends his time "playing" with fairly large corp websites, domain registrars and some weird places - but can be very helpful on CP stuff. He is back in his childhood playing mind games all day long with hackers trying to access court records, offender databases, card fraud etc and loving it
