I've tested both fabulous and parked with adult domains. I wasn't impressed with the results, but to be fair I have to say (1) they have detailed options for optimizing that I never fully explored and (2) I never did -- because my traffic volumes are really too low -- go through the routine of contacting their people to have them help me optimize. So I consider both of those experiments ongoing.
My basic problem was that my domains are very keyword-niched, and the parking programs couldn't seem to get past extremely generic XXX / dating / dirty movies type links. They were utterly blowing the targeted power of the type-ins.
I've pretty much concluded that I'm going to have to automate the creation of my own parking pages in a semi-customized way that can leverage the focused traffic. That's not easy, and early results are mixed. It's easy to trash-talk what the parking guys do, but the learning curve on doing better has been steep so far.
