First rule you should always know before asking for help. Search the
forum and then the
Google for the problem you need help with, you will at least find something which will work as base.
A little search have found these links, read them with as much care as possible and then if you have any specific question, instead of the broad question "How TGPs Work?" .. then ask here. Someone might help you, which I highly doubt. lol ..

Also, instead of
making a TGP, you can still earn from other people's TGPs by submitting galleries to them. A lot of successful webmasters I know, started from this point.
