Yep.. tickmaster (or whatever it is called) is free to set up - there are no VISA type fees in the EU.
Another relevant issue may be their biz model. Verotel have "third party monitoring" of client funds and have a provision in place for security of those funds should Verotel have any financial problems. There are only two processors (least that I know of), who offer this facility - Verotel and SegPay.
There could be moans about webmaster areas etc, but generally this is superceded by other benefits - one of which is an option to charge on sign-up pages using the Big Mac Index - ie a $29.95 membership for the US and a 29.95 Euros for the EU and 29.95 Sterling for the UK etc.
