yeah... running is not something people do for no reason whatsoever.

grow up. unless you are 15 yrs old or your dad raped you... you should be well past the whole "question authority and automatically assume they are in the wrong" phase

one more time... for the not so bright.

i haven't assumed anything other that what evidence the video shows.

1) a guy is detained by security
2) there is an allegation of "trespassing"
3) he tries to run from them and is tackled, choked and handcuffed

the guy was most likely there doing something that he had been warned repeatedly not to do, was asked to leave and wouldn't... or was banned and kept returning... hence the "trespassing" part which is the usual charge on private property for someone who is not welcome... be it a shopping mall or anywhere else.

since your are too mentallly weak to reason through things... let me spell this out for you. NO ONE has the authority or right to detain you unless you have comitted a crime or are suspected of comitting a crime and police have been called. In this case, the ones detaining him are alleging that he did which would be "trespassing"... AND they have obviously called the police to deal with the matter since they aren't police and otherwise have no legal authority or right to physically detain someone. again, normal and standard operating procedure.

so... guy is held by security... it can be reasonably assumed that they are waiting for police and he tries to run.

for any intelligent person who hasn't been raped by their father or molested by a priest or otherwise abused by an authority figure, thus developing a severe issue with authority... thats strikes 1, 2 and 3 for him.

1) he was detained... which one could reasonably assume is for some cause
2) police were called ... which one could reasonably assume was the case as it usually is and being that they have no legal authority to hold him otherwise.
3) he tries to run - not exactly the action of someone who has no idea whats going on or can say with 100% confidence that he has done nothing wrong.
