This is my concern.
I ALWAYS tipped drivers in the past, but now dominoes is charging $2 per delivery.
So tonight the guy shows up with the pizza, and it's $18.35, so my wife gives him $20.35 and he goes "thanks" and starts to take off.
My wife says "no I need my change, you get the $2 per delivery charge already " and he says "oh, we don't get that" and she says "if it doesn't go to you then what's it for?" he says "oh it goes to cover the cost of the ingredients"
WTF?
There are lots of services that in the past I was more than happy to tip for, but now they're charging pizza delivery fees, and the airlines are charging $2 per bag to use the skycaps, why should I have to kick in more $$ over and above those charges...if I went to pick up my own pizza or checked my own bags I wouldn't be charged those fees, why should I pay those fees and then more on top of that?
