i recommend chewables because those are more likely to be absorbed. dont eat ones that are hard as a rock, because, well it's like eating a rock. thats my opinion.
i get my vit/mil from health bars. i get my "veggies" from fruit smoothies.. smoothies are the b-o-m-b. .. the botttled fruit ones of course. not the ones made with grass - yuk!
oh, get smooothes not from concentrate. thats the better juice.
