It really depends on a lot of variables though, such as design, content, niche, time of day you submit, descriptions, fast servers, partner accounts, etc etc etc.

If you decide to outsource your submissions, be sure to hire someone that specializes on submissions, otherwise you'll probably not get a decent return (before I started offering these services, I've used quite a few ones without where the employees simply didn't have the expertise to submit)!
