Nothing is wrong with people for taking advantage of a wacky system, hell the government does it to us all the time, any chance they can get... They sit up at night and dream of ways of MAKING A SYSTEM to fuck us over..
I do agree though, why it's okay to deny you did anything every single time you get caught by police is ridiculous. Here in Toronto if the police officer who stopped you can't or didn't show up to court with you, then you get off free and clear like nothing happened, even if you racked up 4-5 tickets in a single stop.
Seems like a waste and abuse of our legal system. I think you should only be able to challenge something like that if you have a real case to present, where the police clearly did something wrong or whatever. And if you're found with no case, there should be a fine for wasting the courts time.
I mean it's to the point where you're a complete fumbling idiot to ever plead guilty to a traffic offense. Is that right?
