Jacking off does mean the guy was horny...jacking off while driving an SUV and probably drunk means you're showing a disregard for your own safety/life. Not quite sure where the hippie comment comes in...
He needed help, what's wrong with people trying to help him when he needed it? I guess having folks make fun of him is more helpful than actually getting him in a program and getting professional help. You got me there...good job.
