Actually there was a lot of good info interspersed in the thread above. You are the one giving bad advice if by "Eat ALL protein" you mean eat nothing but protein (no carbs or fat at all). Total nonsense. No one "rips up quick." Your half assed way-too-short explanation is very poor even if you had a valid point. The subject is too complex for that.
