If he stole something or infringed upon something, quit dancing around it and say what he did. Why drag it on and on. Drop them bomb and let's get back to work.
Ideas are out there and being that there are 4 billion or so people on the earth, don't you think that it is quite possible that more than 1 might have had a similar idea?
Also, if you could post that code with the not for commercial tags in it, I'd appreciate it. I've got all the versions I've had installed and I'm not seeing anything like that. I really don't want to take any chances, but am not going to scrap the work I've put into things so far just because someone doesn't like someone else.
