As far as diet is concerned, you're going to need a LOT of protein & low-gi carbs (brown rice, oatmeal, pastas, etc). Keep it clean.
i actually checked that out a while back, it doesnt seem like it gives your muscles enough time to rest, isnt that a recipe for injury?
