I used to be able to respond with "I live in Canada, we don't have guns here"
but nowadays I'd be foolishly mistaken.
I don't know why, but I'm less scared around scary people. I seem to know how to play their game, so they don't get to me.. Sometimes I find myself in pretty fucked up situations (stupidly).. Take for example, Phoenix Forum this year lol.
I'm out bar hopping and drankin with Chris from FTV Girls, Lia 19, Brett from Dorm Bucks, whole bunch of other cats.. In between bars, we hit a convenient store.. I have to piss like a racehorse... So I walk around the back of the building and let 'er rip.. As I'm walking there, I notice there's a middle aged guy sitting at a plastic table outside the store, talking to himself... Some vietnam shit, like "I'm gonna kill them all, all of them bastards, nobody will live" that kinda shit.. Just muttering to himself as he has a smoke..
I finish my piss, walk back past him, and into the store.. My buddies are in line.. I tell them there's a crazy motherfucker outside talking about killing people... But I mean fuck waiting in line for nothing, I'm gonna go check him out..
So I go outside, and stare him down... He stares me down... It lasts maybe 15 seconds, and he says "what are you looking at" And I said something like "A crazy motherfucker talking to himself, what the fuck is your issue?" So he says...
Sit down.
Okie doke! So I sit down. We start talking, I'm all drunk, he starts swearing at me.. So I start swearing back.. He tells me I'm crazy. I tell him he talks to himself about killing people, and I'm the crazy one? Lol.. So we're yellin back and forth (at the same table, mind you) and my friends come out now.. like wtf? Anyways it's time to leave crazy guy alone, so I get up, walk away to the car..
on the way, I grab my pants, look back at him and said "HEY! LOOK!" and pulled my pants down and moon him, and then he looks over and goes "OHHH!" and covers his face... hahah that was classic.. I gave him another moon out the window on the way lol
But yeah I realized after that maybe messing with an American in gun central who is already talking about killing people... maybe not so smart...
