The writers are the NY Daily News need to avoid writing drama. Did someone reach the fetus to swim or is this a natural thing? What the hell is a "preserved skull"??
Weird incident tho - sounds more like a Medical Examiner's office or autopsy suite, but bet the desciption given by the press is not exactly accurate.
