I'm sure the resorts will be fixed by then, the entire economy in that region depends on tourism so they're pretty quick to rebuild. The reefs and natural areas can get pretty messed up though, I was in Cozumel recently and the reefs close to shore were in still in pretty rough shape from the last one that went through there. Could see huge chunks of cement and other debris from resorts while snorkeling around off the beaches.
