How can i get the best quality screen grabs from vids shot on my 3CCD Sony VX2000?

Right now i'm getting pretty poor quality blurry grabs and i know i can do better (i've seen other sites using the same camera and they're getting much more crisp grabs).

btw...right now, I'm putting the raw AVI through frameshots pro
