Unlike the one from last night, that is a smooth and professional response that appears (I haven't tried the code snippet yet) to resolve my problems and immediate issues.

It also goes a long way toward explaining the roughness of the transition. Obviously I'm not happy about how this was handled but like all business people I do understand that things can get bumpy when business relationships fall apart.
