Me -- 6' 4", 240 lbs, some chub but mostly muscle. Back in the mid 90's my max bench was 306 lbs, or 280 for 6.
You -- From the pic of the twink you posted you look to be all of 5' 10" at the most, 170 lbs soaking wet, and the muscles of your mighty arms stick out like sparrows kneecaps.
