Japan has huge numbers of sex industry stores and shops in every city and region, from adult book and movie stores to strip clubs, fetish clubs, fantasy clubs (aka Fashion health clubs) blowjob clubs (pink salons), and Turkish Baths (soaplands). There is no true shyness in Japan about the existance of such places, and some girls who work in offices during the day work at one of these places at night.

There are tons and tons of very hot looking girls in Japan, and because sex and the sex industry isn't something to be completely ashamed about, they are often just a little more willing.

Oh yeah, money. The girls are exceptionally well paid, mostly because the industry has solidly good distribution and sales channels, often protected by the Yakuza in each region which gives them a pretty solid buisness with ongoing financial returns. If the money comes in the top, you can afford to pay top dollar to the talent.
