If google can thumbnail porn images and not need 2257 documents, why would a TGP be any different? Most TGP owners don't host the galleries, just link to them (or at least the galleries they do build they would normally have documents for !).

So how does 2257 affect them? I cannot imagine that there would be two standards, one for google and one for porn sites, that likely wouldn't make it through the courts.
