Doug Stanhope is fucking great, and no matter how big he eventually (hopefully) gets will always take the time to hang out and get fucked up with his fans.
Jim Norton is also absolutely incredible, and no less an authority than Joe Rogan has proclaimed him his favorite stand up comedian.
