just something more ... there can be many ways what watermark, any signs etc, so you can prove who share the content and i think there are not so many people sharing what they paid for
anyway those are the most important people for you, and if you will kick them out of your members area, there will be still less thiefs so less communities will have the stuff so less people will have it for free ;)
