ok, lets cry again and again ... but what about some really small generated watermark with username on every media file he clicked? if it will be on every file, you can easy bann the user and let other webmasters know that hes the publisher so he will not signup anywhere again. that will take few weeks/months to extract the bad boys, but you can beat the reposters much better than now ... i know, thats so much work, crying is much easier ... those are with big respect to everyone just my
